Greenhouses The greenhouses are where the herbology classes take place, each one varying in the dangerous types of plants they house. students come out here often to take care of them when asked, often those who have a special interest in the properties of the plants. just be careful not to get too close to some of them or they might attack. |

Castle Courtyard This is an area of the grounds commonly used by the students, where they can lounge around on the benches or in the trees while the sun is still out and warm. once the winter months begin it isn't used quite as often, but the warmer weather brings the students out in droves to lap up as much sunshine as they possibly can |

Look-Out Rock Located on the western corner of the grounds, this gives you a rather romantic spot for watching sunsets and sitting in silence. the path to get there leads around the one edge of the forest and up through another part of dense woods, isolated and away from prying eyes. most stumble upon this place by accident, and respect it as a quiet place to think. |

Memorial Gardens These were put in only a short while ago to commemorate the battle of hogwarts and honour those who lost their lives in the fighting. the gardens themselves are filled with tall hedges that serve as a maze, where a statue stands at the very center, and a number of students have gotten themselves lost in here at some point. |
